Terms and Conditions of Sale

Subject Matter

These terms govern the sale of original artworks signed by Carlo Bazzoni through the website carlobazzoni.com.

Price and VAT

Prices indicated on the website are in euros and include Italian VAT (22%) when due. For purchasers outside the EU, VAT is removed at checkout; customs duties may apply in the destination country.

Availability

Each work is a unique piece. The availability displayed on the website is updated in real time but, in the event of overlapping orders for the same piece, priority is given to the first confirmed payment.

Intellectual Property

The purchase of the work transfers physical ownership of the support. The rights of reproduction, public exhibition and commercial exploitation of the image remain with the artist (Law 633/1941 on copyright).

Right of Withdrawal

See dedicated page: /pages/resi. 14 days from delivery, full refund of the work's price, return shipping costs borne by the purchaser.

Jurisdiction

For consumers residing in the EU, the legislation of the consumer's country applies. For disputes with professional or non-EU purchasers, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of Milan, Italy.
