How your work arrives

Packing

Each work is packed in a custom wooden crate or double layer of bubble wrap + reinforced cardboard, with protective corner guards. For pieces over 80 cm we always ship in rigid crates.

Couriers

We work with DHL Express, GLS and with couriers specialising in artwork transport (on request). At checkout, choose your preferred courier.

Delivery times

• Italy: 2-3 working days
• EU: 3-5 working days
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5-7 working days
• USA, Canada: 5-10 working days
• Rest of the world: 7-15 working days

Costs

Calculated at checkout based on volumetric weight, destination and selected courier. Shipments over €2,000 include complimentary insurance.

Tracking

You will receive the tracking code via email within 48 hours of order confirmation. Anna will contact you personally in the event of delays or irregularities.
