How does payment work?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT) via BTCPay. For amounts over €5,000 it is possible to arrange instalment payment by contacting Anna directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 60 countries. For non-EU countries the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties and import VAT applied in the destination country.

Are the works signed?

Yes, each work is signed on the reverse with date, title and autograph signature. The certificate of authenticity contains a photograph of the signed reverse.

Can I see the work in person before purchasing?

By appointment it is possible to visit the studio in Lombardy. Write to info@carlobazzoni.com to arrange date and details. For those who are far away we provide additional videos and very high-resolution photographs.

How do you preserve a materic work?

Avoid direct sun exposure, very humid or dry environments. Dust with a soft brush (never with damp cloths). For restoration or accidental damage contact the studio: the first consultation is free of charge.

Can I commission a work?

Yes. Commissions require on average 2-4 months and involve a 30% deposit. Contact Anna to discuss subject, dimensions, palette and timeframe.
